Opening your own small business in the Northern Territory could be a great move to make for your future, especially with all the opportunities for commercial property purchases in Darwin and the wider state region.
However, for new business owners it can be difficult to keep track of all the ins and outs of running a venture. The Northern Territory government has decided to create a one-stop website for the lodging of invoices – making bookkeeping far easier in the long run.
Chief Minister Adam Giles said this was in response to feedback from the small business sector across the state, who have been looking for a more streamlined system to take advantage of heading into the future.
InvoiceNTG will allow people to pay bills and keep track of their expenses securely online, helping business owners keep their finances in tip top condition.
"This is exactly the kind of innovation and red tape reduction we need to overcome investment barriers that have been holding the Territory back for more than a decade," said Mr Giles in a 29 September statement.
As business support increases across the region, now could be a great time to consider investing in commercial property in the Northern Territory.
